What I checked
I opened each public page listed below on 2026-10-28. If a page did not name an author or a date, I left that blank instead of guessing.
A 2026 r/rogueish post describes a Pokémon deck-builder with no link. I cannot tell whether it is an early note about this game. I am not calling it an early version.
How to tell them apart
Start from what is on the screen in front of you.
- itch.io, Run game, “Build a deck of moves” — this card game. Home.
- Instagram or TikTok bio about a TCG deck builder “Coming Soon” — a social account, not the itch game.
- infinityarcade.com and the line about a Snorlax — PokéSpire: Rise of the Elements. Single source, no author or date on the page.
- infinite-story.com story by penningmermaid, dated 2025-10-16 — an interactive novel, 33 rooms.
- Thunderstore, TaleSpire, HolloFox_TS — a 2021 mod. The r/talespire post is an archive of a deleted author.
- GitHub msikma/pokesprite — an icon database, MIT, not a game. Google often corrects “pokemon spire” toward sprites.
